Tenacity
Built for durability within it’s challenging terrain
Tenacity is a minimalistic, airy three-story single-family residence designed by Vampio Design Inc. as a full-time retirement home. The 1,485 SF concrete, metal, and glass structure features a reversed floor plan with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen level positioned to capture 180+ degree views of Puerto Rico’s west coast. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located below, with a laundry room and one-car garage on the lowest level. Named for the challenging site and construction process, Tenacity stands as a refined yet resilient architectural statement.
